What is Shui Xian? It’s the “honest one” among Wuyi Yancha. Not as spicy and sharp as Rou Gui, not as legendary as Da Hong Pao. Shui Xian simply does one thing – takes “mellow richness” to the extreme – and then waits quietly for you to come back for another cup, anytime.

Zheng Yan Shui Xian is picked from the core Zheng Yan area. The bushes are in their prime (30-50 years old), roots deep in the rock, absorbing abundant minerals.
